Shipping policy

All our corals are shipped UPS Priority Overnight with insulated Styrofoam boxes. When the weather is 65°F or below, items will be shipped with a 40 hours+ heat pack. When the temperature is 80°F or above, items will be shipped with ice packs. Shipping days are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

We will cover all DOA specimens EVEN INCLUDING shipping delays. If Your shipment is delayed, and your items do not deliver until the next day, and they are DOA, we will cover all losses.
We guarantee our corals arrive alive. We carefully pack all of our corals. Although in some uncontrollable circumstances DOA still happens. As a Hobbyist I understand that you can't always tell corals are dead or not in 2 hour time frame, so we give our customers a 12 hour DOA coverage. Simply email info@growhouseaquatics.com

****DOA Instructions****
1. In the event of DOA, please contact us within 2 hours of the delivery time.
2. First delivery attempt must be accepted, otherwise we will NOT be able to process your DOA request. 
3. Clear photos of the dead corals in the original bags are needed. In some cases, we may require more photos. So please DO NOT dispose dead corals until we process your DOA request. Otherwise we are not be able to get your DOA covered. 
4. All sales are final sale. We do NOT accept any returns or exchange. If DOA occurs we will send you replacement or full amount of our store credit.
5. Freebies and replacements are not including in our DOA policy.
